How to report Lost/Stolen SIM

 Hi All!

Should you find that your SIM/handset has been lost or stolen, it is important that you contact us immediately on (07) 3038 3068. We will arrange for a Replacement SIM to be issued to you and place an outgoing bar on the service to prevent any further use.
Alternatively, you are able to log into your online account to disable Data, SMS and Outgoing calls and  order a SIM Replacement which will be shipped to your nominated billing address,  generally within 24 hours.
