Unable to port number to new network provider

I have been trying to port my number and I have been told from the provider that my account number does not correlate to my phone number.

Hi Erica,

You will be able to confirm this information by simply reviewing the invoice as the service number and Account number will both be shown there for you.

Please note, if you are transferring your service away that your final access and allowance will be pro-rated for you.
