Stolen phone

My wife just had her phone stolen. I want to suspend her account. How do I do this? Also I hate it that I can't call someone about this.

Ok so I can see you've been in communication with our Customer Care team and that a new SIM is on it's way to you.

Please note that you can either call us on (07) 3038 3068 or alternatively you were able to suspend the service via the online account.
