I bought a new samsung s4 today and I can't send or receive messages. The following message comes up "No network connection. No signal found for mobile networks". Just wondering how to fix this problem.

Firstly, we are terribly sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with your new handset.
Could you please confirm whether you're having any other issues with the service, such as accessing data or performing/receiving calls?
If not, it is very likely that your SMSC number may be incorrect.
By checking your SMS settings, you should be able to verify that your SMSC number is the correct: +61411990001.
We have also re-provisioned the SMS feature on your service, so hopefully by rebooting your handset you should be able to send and receive texts without any further dramas.
If you find that you're still unable to access your SMS feature, please let me know.
